Vendor Application Information
 

Please read carefully before applying for a vendor table.
 

- Anime Kingston is an anime, pop culture, East Asia and Japan themed event. We kindly ask that vendors consider whether their products align with this theme before applying. This helps ensure a positive experience for both vendors and attendees, and supports strong engagement and sales during the event.

- Please note that a vendor space is not considered reserved until payment has been received. After applying, payment must be sent via e-transfer to animekingstoncon@gmail.com. Tables are limited, and unpaid spaces may be released to other applicants. To secure your table, payment must be received by May 31, 2026.

- Food and beverage sales are not permitted at this event.

- On-site tattooing is not allowed. Tattoo artists are welcome to attend
and sell prints, artwork, and other non-tattoo items.

Refund Policy

• Two months or more before the event: Full refund available

• One month before the event: 50% refund available

• Less than one month before the event: No refunds for cancelled tables
